Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Black cherry, tobacco leaf, cedar, and a touch of dried herb. The tannins are firm but integrated—this is built for the cellar. Our oldest vines, lowest yields, and the block that gets the most afternoon sun. Drink now with a decant, or hold 8–12 years.
Pairing: Grilled ribeye, mushroom risotto, aged Gouda

Reserve Chardonnay
Stone fruit, brioche, lemon zest, and a whisper of hazelnut. Full-bodied but not heavy—the acidity carries it. We pick early to preserve freshness, then let the oak and malo do the rest. Our most requested wine. Limited availability.
Pairing: Roast chicken, lobster, triple-cream Brie

Rosé of Grenache
Strawberry, watermelon, white pepper, and a saline finish. We bleed a portion of our Grenache for color and structure, then ferment cool to lock in the fruit. Drink cold. Drink often. Released in March—gone by June most years.
Pairing: Salads, grilled shrimp, goat cheese, nothing at all
